Soul Theory discusses the facts of life, as may be observed by all, to better understand the workings and the purpose of life. It is not based on beliefs but makes one basic assumption at creation and builds on it using observed facts of life to establish the concepts for the theory.
The boats used to come to the shores of that continent in search of available human resources to work on plantations on that foreign land. Enterprising people in the foreign land turned the human resources from that continent into productive assets on the foreign land. Eventually this practice - slavery was abolished.
4 to 5 decades after independence of most countries on that continent, available human resources are still not very productive, and as the enterprising people from the foreign land no longer come with their boats in search of available human resources, the wheels have now turned. People from that continent in search of gainful employment, are now running away from that continent, and heading towards the foreign land, not as slaves, but as illegal immigrants, not in safe and sound boats, but in boats which are mostly not sea worthy, leading to loss of lives, and few making it to the foreign land only to be arrested on arrival.
If only that continent had the leadership skills to make the available human resources productive, people being gainfully employed, why will there be the need to escape from that continent to the foreign land? Different leadership skills are required at different times and at different places. Leadership on that continent has demonstrated great skills at achieving independence for the various countries on the continent, and they need to be recognized for that achievement. However, post independence era which calls for economic and infrastructural development has not produced the required leadership skills to meet this development agenda. Post 2nd world war era, which also called for economic and infrastructural development in Europe, produced capable leaders in Europe who have been able to achieve the required development, creating a number of developed countries in Europe.
The Soul Theory suggests that leadership skill is a talent, which is acquired in previous life-cycles, and therefore forms part of the dormant knowledge profile at birth, which becomes activated as and when one is exposed to different learning experiences in the current life-cycle. It is observed that non talented people cannot do what talented people can do. People exposed to the same training in this life-cycle do not end up with the same level of performance, as each person’s dormant knowledge profile at birth will contribute significantly to the level of performance to be achieved. For best performance we therefore have to seek well talented people. This is well proven in the arts and in the sports, and should equally hold true in leadership skills. As previously stated different leadership skills are required at different times and at different places.
That continent, which is lacking in economic and infrastructural development, certainly do have leaders with skills, which have been able to gain independence for most countries, but have so far not been able to have the countries developed to show that they are also talented with developmental leadership skills. This post independence era certainly calls for leadership with developmental skills, and for best performance we need to seek well talented people who could be from any part of the world. Unfortunately most people believe that a leader of a country should be a native of the country. In the same vane, why should the leader of the country not be someone from your ethnic group, being one out of the several ethnic groups in the country? Why should the leader of the country not be someone from your family, being one of the several families in the country? Why should the leader of the country not be the best leader that the world can offer?
Talented people are proud of what they can do and they always set out to give the best performance. A talented well determined leader, leading a country, no matter his or her country of origin, will achieve the best results that can be achieved for that country. However, a non talented leader being a native of the country will produce undesirable results that may today be observed in several countries on that continent. As talented people are few in numbers, opportunities will have to be created to seek them out to have them contribute their quota to society. Well talented leaders from different parts of the world cannot offer any help to that continent as constitutional clauses are in place to keep them out of the leadership race.
That continent needs to have the right framework in place to attract the best leadership in the world, with the required developmental skills, who will also put the available human resources to productive use and therefore put an end to mass exodus of illegal immigrants to the foreign land – from slavery to illegal immigrants!
