An aspect of a Toe will be the attributes that either bring the world together or by its own devices does the same.

The individual problems of modern day are seemingly becoming a noticable problem for the people. It's important that we keep an eye out for solutions. In any explanation of global concepts an approach that identifies technology; compares, contrast, evaluate pro's and con's and correctly explains the benifets of using one over the other or a combination of both should be given.

The book should contain some degree of mystery. This mystery should hint at existing underlying philosophies for world events, and for other explanations of these ideas.

If an authors educational level is higher or lower than the target audience the style should be adopted otherwise.
