Oh God!

Who is God? What does God stand for?

The word God is generally associated with religious belief, and long considered to be the creator (masterplanner) of the universe and the source of everything.
Most religions traditionally ascribe to God certain character traits that can be understood either literally or metaphorically, such as will, love, anger, and forgiveness. However throughout the course of time there have been three fundamental religious beliefs.

Islamic/Christianity/Buddahism

It seems to be that even Religion has an evolutionary process which seems to inherit and mutate according to popular beliefs and knowledge of the time.

Is it that God is residing within each and everyone of us as a higher power? The more we belive it to be the higher the power?

Certainty is though, humans need something to believe in - for what does man have without belief or question?

Imagine having been a part of the evolutionary thousands of years ago when man was trying to figure his existant surroundings. That woulda taken just a few hundred years to come up with fire and it was the mesotopians to discover the wheel and build the first monumental buildings and structures. Who did they beleive in?

Is religion just a need for secular survival whilst scientists try to uncover why we are here.

Hey its xmas I been sitting here awhile now. Do any of you believe in Santa?
