1. Nobody
knows that god created all, they
believe (BIG DIFFERENCE) that.
2. Not everyone believes it, as there are many that don't believe in god (me, for example), many that do believe but don't believe that he created all, and many that neither believe or not believe, but consider if god exists not to have created all.
3. If god created all it means that he created every being (all), not everything (as not all things are beings), therefore god din't create everything therefore this idea of god is not god therefore god doesn't exist (in this idea).
4. God could have not created all because then he would have had to create himself so he would have had to exist before he existed and he is eternal therefore this idea of god is not god.
