can you be more specific on your theory on h-effect may relate to (or be explained by) TOE? it may be that if you consider that time and reality is non-linear and that all possibilities co-exist, that this would fit. The hypothesis is new to me, however, so I am not sure what it looks like...

Yup, the thing is, where does it fit (assuming it's real and it's too new for me to be wholly convinced of that) in TOE? I thought I heard someone say that conceivably it would be the singularity where solids, vapour and liquid exist simultaenously. If so, matter does not equal mass, because each incarnation would have a different mass but the matter would be the simultaneously 3 different forms.
