The distance into the past is too great to understand the existence that we experience. What you have stated makes no sense to the mind of man. The best we can understand is "In the beginning God ..." Isaiah 57:15 says that God "Inhabits eternity." Seeking to understand the habitation of eternity past and future while in the present makes no sense to mankind. Then, the Bible also states, God's hand has "spanned the universe." Lastly, there is also a mention that God "fills" the heavens. The conclusion is this, it seems as though you are seeking to explain God. I'd leave it alone. All there is to be found are multiple circles.
