Michael,
I absolutely agree that nature is rhythmic and cyclical. I also believe it progresses (although I am struggling with the nature of time right now). I have always thought of it like a slinky (the toy spring that was popular in the 70s--progressing, beautiful and cyclical. I understand that we perceive events as significant or not significant, depending on our own awareness but is it possible to regard everything as significant? Is it possible to believe in fate,destiny,karma and still struggle to address wrongs? How much is struggle against ourselves? Do your thoughts have consequences, even if you don't act upon them? some early morning musings...
