The problem is none of these effects can be found. Let say we have two objects of equal mass m and equal charge q, the force from mass is F=ma, where a is the acceleration and the force from charge is
. When these two forces are equal, the best we can do is to define an acceleration. And constancy of the speed of light implies that this acceleration is identically zero.
