It is dificult tot hink of 'maximum entropy' as ever possibly existing, I consider it a hypothesis which will never happen: we need first infinite time to achieve it, and nothing is infinite. Static time is a paradox by itself as a term. Static is the opposite of change (which is motion, which is time). For example static electricity and dynamic electricity. Either something changes and has motion or not.
