Well, using a quantum mechanical thinking, as we are the ones most (aparently) concerned with the TOE and solving that question, then nobody is going to solve it if we don't. For me, time is the dimension that measures the position of things in relation to motion. I mean, something is always in the dimension of time, either with a lot of motion, a little, or absolute motion, or absolute motionlessness... But always inside the dimension of time. Time is the dimension of motion, that is the relationship. I believe it's like temperature and heat.
