Out of all the ideas that became accepted into the sciences, how many would you say are pure crackpot absurd nonsense; excluding QM, Relativity, and string theory.
Most anyone with a solid background in physics can tell the difference between an idea that is plausible and one that is pure BS. Unless an idea can show success were current theories fail, it is not likely that it will be given any special consideration; unless of course you are part of the academic ruling class. In that case you can dish out all the BS you like. David
