I agree with you, matter is only a form of energy. But, not energy itself. In other words, the linear equation Matter=Energy is not true. It the same as for, air=oxygen, that's only partly true, because, air consists of other gases (nitrogen, carbon dioxide and so on). SO, matter consists of energy (perhaps 96% of it) and the other 4% is human imagination or other forms of manipulative factors.
