Is it real you ask,well yes it is real,as real as any other natural occurance,
that is,because leaving thebody while asleep,and on occasions when awake
is a perfectly natural occurance,and we all do it,it is just that many fail to
remember there experiences when awake,but as time passes this often changes,and brief snippits are remembered.The etheric,or astral body is an
exact replica of the physical body,only madeof finer material?It is still physical matter,but of a much finer quality than the dence physical.the atoms that make up etheric body are of a higher frequency,and can pass
through "solid" walls.Can you travel in timewhen out of the body,well you
can look into the Akashic record,which is like an immense photographic
film,registering all the desires and earth experiences of our planet.There
you can visit time past.If one practices meditation then in some deeper states of consciousness youcan leave the body while fully awake.
