The need to hold on to certain ideas, is more a need for One to have something to believe in, a pre-occipation of sorts, (more based on fear of the unknown than logical reasoning) providing stability as well as safety and security. When One has nothing to believe - quite often the end result is a world of thought crashing ... into a void or so to speak ....

Reduction to base level - is all about returning thought to order and restoring the balance mankind.... by realising we are all the same beings of light and not as individual as u think!
