| Re: We are the very embodiment of reality? dear michael your problem is that you 'know'almost everything that is to be 'known' of Reality/spirituality---in theory.a little more sadhna(putting into pactice all that one 'know' of reality).to save time,in case you have not already read Ashtavakra Gita,pl. do it for my sake.it is available on net.try the one translated by Bart Marshall, his translation is very authentic.before we go further in our quesr the l.s. would like to reiterate the fact about meditation:
concentration, contemplation and meditation are three stages of meditation.then the time comes when there is left nothing to meditate upon.in that state,no-thing,even consciousness does not exist--poor mind is left behind much earlier.in meditation if mind persists,pl.try to 'kill' it.try to be in "die-mind" state.not that you donot already 'know' such finer nuances already!with love.ls. |
