Welcome to issue #14 of the ToeQuest Community Newsletter.
Hope you're doing well this week. Sorry about missing last weeks newsletter delivery, but this newsletter will cover the last two weeks so you won't be missing anything. I'm back from vacation and with my other job easing up I'm able to put a lot more time into website development.
The two areas I've been focusing on these past two weeks have been Website Support (
http://www.toequest.com/support) and the Research Library (
http://www.toequest.com/research). I've upgraded each to the latest vendors release and then added my on customizations.
The Support area has some minor visual improvements plus I've added four new articles:
1. How are member articles different from library articles
2. The Many-Worlds Pub
3. How to use your blog (authors only)
4. How to add an attachment to your article (authors only)
To read the articles, you can go to the Knowledge Base at
http://www.toequest.com/support/index.php?action=kb, and check under "Most Recent Articles". If you have any questions you can make comments to the article and I'll update the article if needed. I'll be adding previous chat scripts and assimilation threads next week in the downloads area at http://www.toequest.com/support/index.php?action=file_library.
The Research Library has a whole new look to it. I'm using a new template and I'll continue making some minor visual improvements to it this week. The majority of the work has gone into areas that the library author's have access to. If you're an author then I'll be contacting you separately on the latest changes.
Also, I made a change to the forum. There is now a 'thank you' button below each post so you can express your thanks for a member's post without taking up space that can be distracting when reading a thread. Statistics are kept on how many thanks each member receives
Lastly, there will be a chat session this coming Saturday at 3pm (CST), topic TBD. No matter what the topic, these are always fun. The chat room can be reached at
http://www.toequest.com/forum/chat/flashchat.php. Remember, Carly's always willing to talk to you if you're the only one there. She's my only employee and that's all she does.
