As soon the 'being' of consciousness becomes aware to the body-conscious, 'me' becomes 'absent'(merges, becomes one in its original. These are 'flashes' of soul, through its consciousness. Try to prolong their duration, soon you would experience oneness with the Self (soul).when the steadiness of mind is sustained for longer periods, these in fact transform into the state of 'Nirvana' of Buddha. You would not want to come out its reveries’. Ls.
