I'm not sure where this leads to a Paradox. A TOE will just be a set of rules from witch all physical interactions must obey (which will theoretically explain thoughts, inteligence, if there is or is not free will ect...) and may explain why those rules exist (although I have doubts if a TOE will be able to explain why these rules are in place) and will probably explain why we are looking for the TOE and why we eventually discovered it... IF we do... but i dont se how this makes a TOE a TOE of its self. A TOE would more likely be a theory of the rules of everything. TOE leads to a Paradox of language but not a paradox of logic or function. mabee we should revise the word everything to mean everything but the word everything and then the language problem would be fixed!
But then mabee a TOE would explaine why language caused this pesky problem in the first place and then would it really be a paradox any more? "We Could Solve all the World's Problems... We Just Don't Care to..."
