Our Soul bears the consequences of the karma created by the mind and its thinking. While the mind - that we do not learn to control with the "Word" does the crime - the soul as the "Word" or power behind the mind does the time.
The T.O.E. is dependent on and is uncovered by what our attention as awareness is identifying with - if it identifies with the world everything is theory - if it identifies with our consciousness it is the Theory and Truth of Everything.
