I have tackled certain aspects of consciousness and can see its general structure, however, I have not found an empirically based theory for memory, yet.
There has been much research in the neurosciences connecting emotions to the unit of conductance. Conductance, in the Aether Physics Model, is the reciprocal of magnetic flux (not resistance as in the Standard Model). So immediately there is a connection between emotions and magnetism via the units of conductance and its reciprocal.
This is a very important observation, as it lays down the structure for understanding other aspects of consciousness.
We look at our body and say, "I have a body." This is only true at a specific order of existence, which we often refer to as the "macro existence." However, the body is actually a conglomeration of various organs working together. If certain key organs fail, the entire body fails. Likewise, the organs are not really objects either, since they are made up of a bunch of cells. The cells exist at a completely different order of reality from the organs. Likewise, the cells are made up of molecules, the molecules are made up of atoms, and atoms are made up of subatomic particles. So really, the body is just a special case of quantum structures, which is controllable by a "mind."
Each order of physical existence has its own macro conditions. For example, you can measure the skin conductance of the body, but you can also measure the surface conductance of any organ, any cell, any molecule, any atom, and any subatomic particle. So if emotions are directly related to conductance, and conductance can apply to various orders of reality, then emotions also apply to various orders of reality.
This is why emotions seem so complex. The heart may specifically be stressed due to cholesterol buildup in the arteries feeding it, even though the body it belongs to seems to be having a good time visiting with family. At the cellular level, the heart may be in good condition, but a virus may be attacking its cells. Or at the molecular level the cells may be in good condition, but an incompatible chemical (poison) may have come in contact with other molecules. Just as "psychics" claim that different crystals have different "personalities," different chemicals really do have different "feeling tones" or conductance than others do.
And since conductance is the reciprocal of magnetic flux, which operates in conjunction with magnetic fields, potentials, currents, resistances, and other units of physical existence, then changes in magnetic structures do have effects on surface conductance of various orders of existence, and ultimately on the consciousness of feelings.
The changes in magnetic structures can occur from within the organism, or from its environment. A sensitive organism will be aware of these changes. Organisms not attuned to their feelings, will not.
I just described various orders of physical reality and its associated various orders of feelings. However, there is more to consciousness than feelings. What we think of as "intelligence" is really the degree of harmony and functionality of feelings. The more harmonious the conductances, and the more freedom of flow the conductive surfaces have, the greater the degree of "intelligence." Thus intelligence is something which can be treated and caused to increase with proper treatments. (I have found herbal combinations, which raise my level of intelligence.)
The question of memory is about where the intelligent feelings are stored. If I were to hypothesize, I would say that memory is stored in the Aether. I say this because the Aether also has the property of conductance. Also, cerain psychics are able to visit the scene of a situation and accurately "recall" the events that took place in that vicinity. Or perhaps they can hold an object held by a person and recall events through it. This implies that the feelings of the bodies can be imprinted in their environment and other objects. And since others can read these feelings, like a memory, it would seem to indicate that memory is stored conductance in other mediums of conductance (everything, including space, has conductance).
Since conductance is the reciprocal of magnetic flux, then yes, you could reason that memories are stored as magnetic flux. And as such, a device could be built that reads the magnetic flux of objects and recalls the feelings. An aura scope, a device for directly reading the aura (total conductance) of a being could be built based upon reading the magnetic flux of objects (this is what Magnetic Resonance Imaging does). It could also be used for forensic matching of an individual and objects (or spaces) he or she had been in contact with.
To better understand the mind and how it works, I find it helpful to understand the reciprocal nature of dimensions and units. If I have found the correct understanding of consciousness, then the reciprocal of mass is one of the basic dimensions of the mind, as is the reciprocal of charge, since normal mass and charge are the basis of matter.
Further, the Aether as a whole has a mind-like characteristic to it. All matter down to the quantum level is encapsulated by Aether. Aether is the environment in which matter exists. When analyzing the characteristics of mind, I cannot find any difference from the characteristics of Aether.
Further still, the Aether is directly produced from the Gforce, which is a reciprocal force. This reciprocal force appears to be the "will" behind mind. Since all of the physical and non-material Universe can be mathematically traced back to the Gforce, it appears that all of the Universe was willed into existence by a supreme, omniscient consciousness (God if you will).
