I have implemented two Article Managers to organize the research articles created by the our TOE Researchers. These are listed below:

Research Library - The original article manager based on a commercial product that is due to have a significant upgrade sometime this year. Is not integrated with the TOE forums, but does not require you to login to read and comment on articles. If you are a researcher you are required to login separately to publish your article.
vBulletin Article Manager - ToeQuest's newest article management system based on a freely available source code. Tightly integrated with the TOE forums. If you are a researcher you are placed in the Researchers user group which gives you permission to post in these forums. All articles from the original article manager have been moved to the new system.

I intend to run these in parallel, at least until I can upgrade the Research Library. It that point I'll re-evaluate which one to go with.
