For more on white holes, see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_hole

Flucidity Theory predicts that a "black hole" is not so much a place but a function of gravity; A field of unstructured matter. A "white hole", a function of particles; A field of structured matter. Both functions are constant throughout the universe, from under your shoes and behind your ears to (in accumulated fields) what appears as black holes or 'little bangs' birthing stars.

Gravity's force is lessened upon interaction with particles (or more structured forms of particles, such as light).
