I would agree.

We invented our concept of time.

Do we experience the same concept of time as does, say, a tree?

I think, too, we each have our own sub-concepts of time. Some people who are in their 80s look much younger because they 'feel' that way. I am convinced that their concept of time has slowed down their biological clock.

I don't think we all share the same 'clock' and, thus, don't all share the same concept of time. Much different, too, for other species. Even more different for planets and the universe.
