Jungjedi,I work with many who have been diagnosed as having the mental illness called
schizophrania,as a mental health nurse I have been involved in their care for many years.

The illness can manifest in many ways, some very subtle, while other manifestations are
very distressing and full on madness.

Some indeed do talk to God,some think that they are God,(ring any bells anyone?) And
some hear God speak to them, but these are a very small proportion of those who are
afflicted with the illness.

Most are less severe, but the quality of their life without medication is very poor, indeed,
even with medication some only have slight improvements.

regards michael.
