Matter as composed of quarks and leptons is a three family’s affair. In the order of their discovery, the first family is composed of electron, its neutrino, and the tricolor (RGB) of up and down quarks. The second family is composed of muons, its neutrino, and the tricolor (RGB) of charm and strange quarks. The third family is composed of tauon, its neutrino, and the tricolor (RGB) of top and bottom quarks.
