| New member intro
I first got exposed to BBs through the Howard Stern board. He closed his down because the people didn't use it like he had intended. I enjoyed the BB experience so I set out on Google to find another. This seemed interesting so I joined.
I am a computer science major (degreed 20+ years ago) who likes to read about physics. I like to know how things work and that seems to be the goal of physics as well. I've read Hyperspace by Michio Kaku, The Elegant Universe by Brian Greene, Einsteins Theory of Relativity by Max Born, and In Search of Schroedinger's Cat by John Gribbons.
Those books really started me thinking about how we perceive our world. We strive to learn things that we can barely comprehend. I don't have a TOE, but I am open to other's ideas.
I also like to stay up late listening to the Coast To Coast AM radio show with Art Bell and George Noory. |
