Still haven't quite finished going through all your posts. Seem to have trouble with my computer. And with my furnace. And with my arthritis. And with a lot of other things. There is just too much on my mind to keep all that's in there well organized. I haven't figured out Michael's secret yet on how he can write so many posts in so many threads without getting them all muddled up. - In any case, do you think earthquake prediction would fall into your own stated humanitarian goals, aside from the TOE?
