Dear Mr. Mckirk:
The standard I'm going by regarding expansion begin in the mid '20's with Silpher and Poincare, in the '30's with Laplace and Hubble, and then there have been more recent reports of acclerating expansion stacking up on the editor's desk at Scientific American and the Physical Science Journal between '95, '98, 2000, and the present.
