Fair enough, Dave, but too brief to know if you agree or not. I noticed you had referred to virtual particles in your matter in a void thread, and wanted to know what you thought about virtual particles playing a part ( rather large part) in the reduction of light speed.
You say that reference frames refer to rest/motion variability, and the vacume is considered by most scientists to be without motion so they infer that light speed measurement is constant regardless of the source frame, is that correct? |
