What came to my mind when you pointed out the fourth dimension being the expansion of 3D objects, and gravity being the objects expanding to meet each other, or more precisely the Earth moving up to falling objects, was my tiny elementary energy particle that expands and contracts under its own power.
I say that is what I thought about, but the only similarity really is the unexplained power that is derived from the expansion and contraction, a kind of perpetual motion without an explainable cause at our level of order, i.e. in our universe and at our understanding of the most infinitesimal particle that can have any meaningful affect on any aspect of our observable universe.
That is not to say that there isn't a level of order below ours where our elementary particle isn't itself a complete universe on that lower level of order, but then we regress . |
Dear Bogie:
When you have the time, please check out
http://forums.delphiforums.com/EinsteinGroupie and tell me what you think of it. It's a work in progress, condensation of a 627 page, small press 1979 copyrighted book. What you read was excerpted from it. Thanks for reading it. Please keep in mind that the premise is
the same amount of energy, increasingly distributed over a greater area, squared. There is no infringement on the law of conservation of mass-energy. As for the causality of the material expansion, we may only observe that it prevails, why it prevails is an important though more philosophical issue.
Thanks for your post. (We both seem to be on the road less traveled)
