Also Presently I don’t practice the meditation with the system “Active zero” privately, because I’m concentrated on my local tasks: my house, my family, my children… I have never been brave naturally and always forced myself to make any such attempt. That always was difficult for me. I wouldn’t like to recite all cases, but in 90 % of them I didn’t receive adequate response from people I helped, even more: great part of them cruelly insulted me afterwards, and reward is only a few friends I gained, but that’s also transient, unstable… I myself never forget people, who help me, but I’m old fashioned and unpractical, that’s not common now… And I’m not altruistic, I can remember a few cases (won’t discuss them here) when I offered my help to my government, they didn’t accept it, they lost, I personally gained but in these cases I don’t bear the responsibility and don’t care… If mankind doesn’t accept the help you offer, that means it doesn’t need your offer, so I should act by myself and shouldn’t (will not) bear the responsibility, anyway freedom means something for me and also, despite the way we choose anyway we will all die one day… Best regards, Merab |
Hello, Merab -
Sorry, now it's my turn to apologize for not answering sooner. I seem to have a lot of computer problems lately when I am logged into Toequest. Usually I can't seem to move around to the various threads and not even the LOG OUT button works. So I sometimes appear to be "permanently" logged into ToeQuest without even being online. That's pretty frustrating, especially since outside ToeQuest the computer seems to work fine.
Anyway, I was quite saddened to hear that you had lost your original enthusiasm for your humanitarian pursuit and therefore given it up and also that you had had your own disheartening experiences with ingratitude and non-appreciation of your efforts, just like I had so often in the past. Though I don't agree with you when you said that you are "not brave" and "not altruistic" - because, according to your story about how you met your wife, you seemed to have been quite brave and quite altruistic when you went along on this dangerous mission to become a virtual hostage of some gunmen while helping a woman doctor to treat a wounded criminal.
Whatever, there seems to be a perfectly natural explanation for your actions, but since we are here in the "paranormal" category of threads, perhaps I can take your sentence "
If mankind doesn’t accept the help you offer, that means it doesn’t need your offer " as the paranormal answer I was hoping to get from my long deceased great-uncle - as I mentioned in one of my previous posts. After all, I had often been wondering WHY my life had been spared back in April 1945 during the bombing raid on Plzen and, when I finally realized that it could very well have been a posthumous action of my kind-hearted great-uncle, (just like the Catholic Church recognizes posthumous miracles performed by a good person before this person is being elevated to the status of a Saint), I felt it to be almost my responsibility to use the mathematical talents I had apparently inherited from his parents (i.e. my great-grandparents) for "the benefit of mankind" in order to thank him for my miraculous survival back then. - Somehow your words absolved me of this sense of responsibility.
What complicated reasoning this is in order to make your normally conceived post a paranormally perceived answer, isn't it? It may be laughable to skeptics, but quite possible if one has a reasonably open mind. Also, it all still has to fit into the final TOE and this particular forum asks, after all, to possibly explain both sides of a perceived paranormal event.
Anyway, it's a good enough excuse for me to finally stop putting so much time and money into the seemingly unwanted ability to predict earthquakes - the so-called "Holy Grail of seismology" - and rather try to ENJOY my last remaining years in peace and quiet. - I am sure there are lots of people just itching to get at this Holy Grail and, if they are bright enough, my blog and article should help them along the way.
Thanks for being - albeit unwittingly - the medium my great-uncle chose to get in touch with me.
Best wishes for the future,
Spiral Path
