Everyone who enters a library will find that there are many many thick books about TIME. All are excellent books with different deep thoughts and wide references. Time is really one of the long-sought mind-boggling topics.

Actually, if a lecturer in the Philosophy Department of a universe likes to see the potentials of those course-takers, just give them a quiz on their own idea about time (don't just bring out standard/routine answers). Then, this test tells many things.
