Re: Science 'versus' God?

Hi Dipayankar;

As A believer let me answer your question as to why I need God. Being a believer I believe God created myself and the universe, ergo I need God.

But since I didn't create God but rather God created me, maybe a better question would be why does God need me?

Catholic Catechism: Why did God make me?
Answer: God made me to know, love, and serve Him so I can be happy with Him in Heaven.

I believe the Kingdom of God or if you prefer the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand, in our midst, within us. Additionally, I believe God is a God of the living and not a God of the dead.

The more I get to know God the more aware I am of God's love. Therefor it becomes very easy to love God back.

And how to serve God. How to submit to Allah's Will. I believe that can be accomplished " By Loving The Best That I Can."

So I believe that here I am in God's loving kingdom,
and I'm able to do that because I am a believer.

Best,

Profpat
