Psychoacoustical Ketamine and other disassociatives - How should we handle them - 06-30-2007, 05:11 PM

Recent advances in technology have made it possible to produce sounds which have a lasting effect on the mind. What should be done about these sounds at the government level, and how should their use be regulated.

Sounds that affect consciousness are a new phenomenon that I believe to arise out of my recent theories of internal consistancy and a unified fluid dynamics representation of consciousness. Their effects are based around memory.

Some guidance is suggested

1) Thoroughly investigate the new drug's side effects, and whether they are addictive under a temporary law allowing their study and use to be legal.

2) Contact radio stations about the possibility of playing these sounds over the airwaves, making sure that they have the proper safeguards in place.

3) Evaluate timescales. They may be so long that their detection would be easy.

Sincerely,
