I have a TOE, the TOE. I am confident my TOE is correct. Now what?
The theory is not finished, the bulk of it is but to finish it I will have to go back to school or work with somebody else.
I have contacted gov't agencies, universities and Institutes but nobody will listen.
I don't want to post my ideas until I have figured out how to make some money off this.
