As with the transforming and transmuting effects of alchemy,we need as "individuals" to
rise above our dence leaden like sluggish ways,to embrace the higher elements that call out to us when we are still within,leave the dross lead behind,and transmute it into gold.
Base level living is about understanding the realityof the ONE and your part within IT,and letting go of the illusion of the many!
There is but one!
