I agree, his documentation is somewhat poor. To what I understand this is partially why the media and other scientists have not followed suit. The man is quite unique, he does not take lab notes necessary for reproducing his experiments, also he cannot explain/does not know what is going on when the H-effect occurrs or how it occurrs. In short his methods do not lend well to hard nosed science, but the results, if true, are nonetheless, well, remarkable. I'm maintaining skepticism, but I'm going to leave the verdict out and see what other people have to say.
