I couldn't agree with you more Michael, regarding the oneness ( wholeness ) of person with the dynamics of mind, body, and soul ( spirit ).

It's our own personal trinity. And I believe we are most happy when we do have harmony twixt them.

If I'm worried (MIND), my body may be fine and spirit OK, but I have problems.

If my (BODY) is sick, my mind and spirit may be OK, but still I have problems.

And when it comes to the (SOUL), we all know there is nothing worse than a heartache. Even if my mind and body are OK.

I believe we have this trinity of dynamics in us to reflect the universal and conceptual trinity of:

TIME-------SPACE-------MOTION
MIND------ BODY--------SPIRIT
MENTAL----PHYSICAL---EMOTIONAL

conceptualTRUTH-----BEAUTY------LOVE

Best to you,

Pat

P.S. 1-2-3 Infinity ( Singularity, Duality, Trinity )
