I understand your concerns dipayankar, if you read my theory again, there is a long paragraph which answers this question. The theory of conservation of matter and energy is not wrong. My theory also says that matter and energy cannot be created, it says that it simply converts from matter to energy and vice versa (E=mc2), i.e the finite amount of matter and energy in the Universe has always existed because of the time loop (black and white holes etc).
