Hi NB:
I hope you do not mind the initials. I just have a quick description about the way I have used the word "Eden"
I used this word as a tag to indicate the entire universe that we now experience.
The Garden of Eden was a place within Eden. Maybe Earth was the garden and rather than being tossed out of it, we destroyed it as a paradise.

One other thing. There is no need to give up what is your self to merge with the one God. Like you indicate about breaking up a magnet into little pieces they each retain what is their poles. So it would be with a man. If you take one as an individual it still retains the (being = creation). It is the data that is the character. The character can be transmitted by way of an electromagnetic medium. It is not a material thing. The being exists in time. We all share the very same I AM. It is the data that this I AM has to work with that generates what ever we appear to be. This data track actually exists in a single dimensional string of space within Elsewhen. It can not be lost. In this way we are already immortal. The thoughts that resulted in what has become a theory of everything in my mind has also resulted in more than 20 years worth of speculation of how this concept would effect what we may believe about reality. It has manifested to become what on the surface appears as a religion and I believe in it in this way. However it also at its source has very good reasons to see this as more than just conjecture. I will try not to digress to far. Please understand that it is very difficult for me not to digress as I have had so much time with these thoughts.
