Thanks for all the references Lloyd.

I think energy is 2 dimensional, sorry.
What is the distinction between matter and energy?
One is in one form mass 3 dimensional,that mass gets converted to energy 2 dimensional, the other form.

The reason for the heat is that the energy is reacting with the mass. No mass no heat.
