would this also imply that the universe has a consious intelligence?

My Multiverse theory hints at things like this in individual universes because like your Idea they do go through an evolutionary process going from simple structure (Similar to single celled organisims) to more complex and efficient (more complex multi-cellular organisims) this evolutionary process seems very similar to that of the process of evolving life. It also brings up the question about consious life within the universe and where that consiousness originates from (If there is consiousness in the universe then is the universe consious of its self?)
