There have been many claims of Tesla effects - but none have been reproducible. This seems to be no exception: on some of the links on the web site it says things like 'not easily reproducible'. Indeed, the quastion is, if he has had this effect since 1965 or so, why hasn't it been commercialised? The same can be asked of cold-fusion type energy like Blacklight Power ( http://www.blacklightpower.com/ ) who at least have had quite a few papers published in serious science journals. So for Blacklight it seems the scientific evidence is strong - there are Journal of Physics papers etc. But where are these for Hutchinson?

Oh yeah - since we were also talking about Ether elsewhere, sometimes Blacklight is mentioned in conjuction with this almost free energy site http://www.aetherometry.com/ - looks impressive too, though I havent yet dug as deeply into it as Blacklight. But maybe under all that orgone energy there is a serious science content here too - at least they have nice colour pictures of Newton & co.
