For the conservation laws to hold true the property of motion of the fundamental substance (FS) of the universe must be constant and thus “ABSOLUTE”. The quantity of motion possessed by the FS before the BB event is still the same now as it was then; it’s just distributed as various types of motion throughout each system of FS.
