But even in a antimatter parallel Universe, suppose, just suppose if the quarks actually reverse their spin during transfer from our Universe to an anti matter Universe, then possibly you still could share....

There are a number of different multiverse theories, and if the physical laws don't prohibit them from sharing, then why not.
