To be honest with you, you will never get a professional scientist to read your paper unless it is written in the language of mathematics. Any theory of quantum gravity must pass all standard tests of gravity theories at least before it is even considered. Thus, a theory that is not written in mathematics cannot possibly stand up to these challenges.
