Nothing can exist without matter and motion, right?
Oh oh, is that a nobody nothing concept.
As far as the existence of time, it is only another man made form of measure, much like a ruler. Before man, time, or 2:30pm, or 10 5/8 inches didn't exist.
Unless you believe dinosours wore watches too.
