I don't see a problem here! If motion ceased - EVERYTHING would simply be frozen in its position - nothing would interact to bring about causation of anything else - the dynamic of life/motion locked in suspended animation. The dynamic between NEGATIVE, POSITIVE AND NEUTRAL would cease yet sustain form because simply stopped in its tracks so to speak. I don't know - could be totally wrong...but its like pressing PAUSE button
