They do have moderators, but they seem to be there to stop arguments between editors rather than ensure the pages are correct. Also, there was an instance a while ago of one of the moderators stating that they had a PhD in some field, which then later unfolded to be a lie. That's one problem of online personas! Now, using Wikipedia in that way is also good. Read through a page to see if it's interesting, and then check out the references to actually learn. |
