A Cause of Negative Inertia

The fields from isolated, individual charges look like this:

In context of Matter in accelerating 4-D expansion - an isolated positive charge is confined to it's location - generating negative inertia (a tendency to remain at rest; resisting outside forces) - by the recoil of - it's own, inherent - omnidirectionally expanding electrical energy.

This is the apparent cause of negative inertia. An explanation for which there is no counterpart, to the knowledge of this record. - RP
